Lead Local Leadership Academy
prepares emerging and established leaders to better understand, serve, and strengthen their local communities. The program blends leadership development, civic education, local access, and hands-on community engagement to help participants build the knowledge, relationships, and confidence to lead where they live and work.
Mission
We empower emerging leaders through an immersive program that combines leadership theory with real-world practice. By connecting participants with educators, mentors, resources, established civic and community leaders, we help shape a style of leadership that is grounded, expansive, and ready to build strong, sustainable communities.
Vision
A thriving Niles and Morton Grove led by connected, community-driven leaders who actively shape a more vibrant, inclusive, and prosperous future through meaningful civic and economic initiatives.
