The Niles Chamber Dollars for Scholars Charter is an all-volunteer committee dedicated to our youth. In the past eighteen years this program has awarded over $198,000 in scholarships to area students. Help us today to send our students on to college and a bright future.

To apply, eligible high school seniors must complete an application and answer ONE essay question listed on the application (250/300 min to 800 words MAX!). Scholarship recipients will be notified by email the end of March 2024. The award process is anonymous. All candidates are numbered and scored through a point system by local leaders in the community.
Are You Eligible?
You must be a current Senior in High School AND meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Niles, IL resident
- Son/daughter of an employee at a Chamber Member Business and live in Cook, Lake, DuPage, McHenry, Will or Kane County, IL. For a list of current members search the business directory: www.nileschamber.com

Funding for the Niles Chamber Dollars for Scholars Chapter is raised from our annual scholarship raffle and from generous corporate sponsorships.
