Tracy Holmes joined the Niles Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director in April 2023. She is a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for driving economic growth and community development. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Tracy has a proven track record of building strong relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and government officials. She is committed to promoting the interests of the Chamber’s members and advocating for policies that support economic growth and development.

Prior to joining the Niles Chamber of Commerce, Tracy served as Executive Director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. She also serves as Board Chair for Intuit: The Center of Intuitive and Outsider Art (an art museum in Chicago), where she oversees development initiatives for the organization.

Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Interior Design from Central Michiagn University and owned an interior design studio  for 20 years in Chicago.

In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with local organizations including the Park Ridge Sustainability Commission, and spending time with her family.

She is looking forward to meeting all of our Chamber members and learning how she can add value to your business and their membership.

Erin will be the Marketing and Events Manager position, a part-time position to assist with event planning, marketing, and office support to better serve our membership.
We are truly excited by all the Erin brings to the table! She has extensive background in event planning and is local to the area. She currently serves her community in various volunteer roles, including as President of the Des Plaines Park District Board, and Commissioner for the Des Plaines Youth Commission. She is a member of the Des Plaines Optimist Club and Board member on the D62 Education Foundation. She holds a B.S. and an MBA from Dominican University. Her family includes her husband Ray, and their three children—Harlow (12), Elliott (10) and Dakota (9).
