Meet Tracy Holmes, an enthusiastic advocate for local businesses and Executive Director of the Niles Chamber of Commerce. Known for her approachable leadership style and creative vision, she works tirelessly to connect people, foster collaboration, and champion initiatives that strengthen the local economy and enrich the community. Her approach has helped the Chamber evolve as a hub for networking, professional development, and advocacy.
Tracy’s career has been shaped by years of hands-on experience in running a small business and nonprofit management. She thrives on building meaningful relationships and crafting programs that make a real difference for businesses and residents alike.
When not working, she loves spending time with her family, exploring local restaurants, or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book.
Nicole Kelley
With a passion for connecting people and strengthening business relationships, Nicole Kelley serves as the new Member and Event Director at the Niles Chamber of Commerce. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Spanish from Bradley University and brings a background in strategic communications and storytelling to her relationship-driven approach to member engagement, event planning, and community outreach.
As an entrepreneur herself, building those relationships and creating opportunities for meaningful collaboration is at the heart of her work with the Chamber.
Outside of work, Nicole is an avid reader and writer and plans to publish a book one day. If she’s not writing, she’s going to concerts, exploring new restaurants and cuisine, or relaxing at the beach.
